Returns
1.0 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Fiercetrendzllc will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 5 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Fiercetrendzllc does not refund your card. We will issue a store credit for the amount of the item you paid.
if the item is returned back to us outside of our return window a $10 processing fee will be applied and deducted from your store credit amount.
All retuned items must be sent with a tracking number and the number must be provided to us within our return window.
After we receive the item we will then process for STORE CREDIT for the amount you paid and a discount code will be emailed to once the return is processed.
2.0 Returns due to damage
Fiercetrendzllc will happily accept returns due to damage as long as a request to return is received by us within 5 days of receipt of item
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to original payment method within 3-5 business days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Please note once payment has been refunded allow processing time from your bank for it to be completed. Once refund is completed on our end and your bank hasn’t refunded you, please contact your bank for processing time.

SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR ARE FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT TAKE THESE ITEMS BACK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
WE CAN REFUSE ANY ITEM THATS RETURNED BACK TO US OUTSIDE OF OUR RETURN POLICY.
